How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Sydney.
Typically delivery time is between 3-6 days after your order is placed.
How do I dispose of The Zero Project packaging?
Our pouches are made from recyclable and biodegradable materials.
If your local council supports compostable packaging, you can add it to your compost bin; otherwise, dispose of it in your general waste — it will still break down faster than traditional plastic.
We’re also working toward home-compost certification and kerbside recycling compatibility to make disposal even easier - stay tuned!

Yes — all surfactants and supporting agents in our tablets are readily biodegradable in accordance with OECD testing standards.
Wherever possible, we use plant-derived, naturally sourced ingredients that break down safely in the environment without harming aquatic life.

Absolutely. The Zero Project tablets are septic-safe and grey-water friendly.

How many tablets do I use per wash?
We recommend 1 tablet for a medium loads.
For bigger loads we recommend 2 tablets.
What is the optimal temperature for washing
Our tablets work best in warm water — around 30–40°C.
That’s when our enzymes are most active, lifting stains while keeping fabrics and the planet happy
How should I store the tablets to keep them fresh?
Keep them cool, dry, and sealed tight.
Moisture is their only enemy — store your tablets in an airtight container to keep them fresh and ready to clean.
Do they work for front-load and top-load machines
Our tablets are designed to work in both top and front loader washing machines
Do they remove tough stains like coffee, wine, or grass
Our tablets use a unique enzyme blend — Protease, Amylase, and Lipase — that lifts everyday stains like food, oils, and dirt with ease.
For extra-tough stains like we recommend using a stain remover before washing.
Are they safe for coloured clothing
Absolutely. Our tablets are colour-safe and specially formulated without harsh bleaches, so your colours stay bright, not faded.

Yes — our tablets are compatible with all major dishwasher brands and models.
Just pop one in the main detergent compartment and let it work its magic.
